Un albero IID scollegato pu\u00f2 separare i due componenti e causare un'oscillazione incontrollata del trattore quando la presa di forza \u00e8 innestata. Ci\u00f2 pu\u00f2 provocare lesioni gravi o persino la morte. Non si dovrebbe innestare la presa di forza se non si \u00e8 certi della sua robustezza.<br \/>Per garantire la sicurezza della protezione della trasmissione, verificare il corretto allineamento dell'albero della presa di forza (PTO).
