1. Check the Clutch Torque: Before shipping the machine, verify the slip clutch torque setting. We set them at the factory, but if the machine sits at the port for weeks, the plates can stick. Always “slip” the clutch once before final delivery.
2. Phase Alignment: If you remove the shaft for servicing, ensure the yokes are aligned (in phase) when reinstalling. An out-of-phase shaft will destroy the hydraulic pump bearings it drives.
3. Guard Integrity: For export compliance (CE or local safety standards), the PTO guards must be intact. We supply robust yellow HDPE guards that resist UV damage and cracking, passing safety inspections easily.
